The fee for regular participants includes:

• Welcome reception and conference dinner
• Lunches
• Accomodation with breakfast in double room in Hotel Eger (****)

The fee for student participants includes:

• Participation at the lectures and poster session
• Coffee breaks and conference materials
• Welcome reception and conference dinner
• Lunches
• Accommodation in double room

The fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome reception and conference dinner
• Lunches
• Accomodation with breakfast in double room in Hotel Eger (****)
• Participation at the accompanying person sightseeing programs

The fee does not include:

• Travel expenses

Payment should be made in EURO, and has to be received before 31 March 2025 (for early registration) or before the starting of the conference on 15 June 2025 (for late registration), by wire transfer:
